Circular Journey of Metal Foundries

This unit, including two sections, focuses on the Twin Transformation Framework, The Role of HR Management, Needs of The Industry and The Labour, Green HR Management Principles, 7 Circular Concepts in HR Management and Role of HR Professionals.
Together with circular management approaches in Human Resources, a series of concepts linked to the use of natural capital (resources) and to the optimization of physical and technical capital (Eco-conception, Recycle / Restore, Repair, Reuse / Repurpose, Industrial Ecology, Functionality Economy, Second-Hand and Sharing Economy) are explained.
